Levitate offers a 15-day return policy. Unused and unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. To get the process started, email us at contact@levitatecandles.com within 15 days of receiving your package. So we can better assist you, please make sure to provide your order number and/or proof of purchase. Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will credit your original method of payment as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Please note we reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.

EXHANGES

Levitate offers exchanges only on items that are defective or damaged. If there is any issue with your product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please make sure to provide order number along with photos.
